Gentle, beginners friendly yoga to end your busy, stressful week and step into the weekend feeling refreshed and energized. Class ends with a 15-20min guided deep relaxation. I’ve been trying to find the right words to describe the feeling I had when having the privilege to practice with Lina. I’ve tried different teachers and practices, did some online yoga, but there was always something missing. That thing when you just know this is it. When I first experienced Lina’s guidance I knew I found that missing part. After the class I felt light as a feather, like I could fly and achieve whatever I wanted in life. You might think I’m overreacting but it’s a feeling that’s truly hard to describe with the words, you just have to experience it by yourself. I could not recommend her classes more! Thank you Lina, I hope you’ll continue to share your knowledge so I can be a part of “your yoga” for many years to come ❤️

I heard a lot of good things about yoga before I decided to give it a try. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, so I joined Lina’s class as a complete beginner - a bit scared and with no expectations. It turned out to be an amazing experience: we were not just “doing yoga” in terms of stretching/exercising as I was imagining it, instead, every pose was backed up with knowledge; what and why we’re doing and what effect it has on our body/mind. Last part of the class was a more relaxing one where we were introduced to deep relaxation and it felt amazingly good after our “workout”. Long story short, I would highly recommend Lina’s class not just because you’ll be involved in some seriously good yoga, but also because she’s going that extra mile in order for you to open up and understand what and why yoga is good for you. Needless to say, this was my first class but definitely not my last one because I've decided to stick with it. Lina, thank you very much for a nice introduction...

Practising yoga with Lina was a wonderful experience. Lina is sweet and gentle and practises yoga in a passionate way. I recommend her yoga classes for relaxation , posture techniques and breathing exercises.
